Accommodation for Oxygen can be booked onsite for the full duration of the conference. Fully catered dorms and ensuite accommodation are available, or camp just moments from the main auditorium.
Prices below are per person, for 3 nights’ accommodation, Tuesday to Friday, and all meals from Tuesday dinner to Friday breakfast (and supper each night).

Any accommodation booking cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any accommodation cancellation requests received prior to or on Tuesday 4 July 2023 will be provided a refund according to the below schedule.

Registration (ticket) cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All registration cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any ticket cancellation requests received prior to or on Tuesday, 4 July 2023 will be provided a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a transfer to a livestream ticket for the same event. Ticket transfers to other people for in-person events can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email prior to the event.
